Title of the project: Development of a roller test bench suitable for measuring the performance of electric bicycles with a maximum power of 4 kW by Blauform Kft.
The project No. 2020-1.1.1 – SME START – 2021 – 00429 is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Innovation and Technology from the National Research Development and Innovation Fund in the financing of the 2020 – 1.1.1 – SME START project.
Presentation of the project content:
Hungary has also set a goal of being climate neutral by 2050. One of the pillars of the objective is the greening of transport. Electric bicycles are an essential part of greening traffic. Electric bicycles are an important environmentally and socially acceptable alternative to the car for distances of up to around 20 kilometers. Compared to cars, electric bicycles are cheaper and at the same time more ecological, healthier, often faster and definitely more space-saving.
The aim of the project is the rapid determination of the technical parameters of the e-bike, the fast and accurate execution and reproducibility of the measurements in case of different types of bicycles to be examined.
Within the framework of the tender program, Blauform plans to implement and coordinate the mechanical and electrical subsystems at the level of the actual implementation of the prototype, after the existence of knowledge and also the technical plans. In the later phases of the project, the ultimate goal is to determine the actual torque and power measured at the actual wheelbase based on the entered parameters.
